Niji-no-Taki integrates mechanical, biological and UV filtration into one stainless-steel koi pond filtration system. Pond water is pumped in, passes through a 75-micron rotary drum (RDF) screen, under the UV, then trickles down through ceramic bakki media and returns crystal-clear over a quiet spillway — up to 10,000 GPH for ponds to about 6,000 gallons with heavy feeding.
Mechanical — rotary drum
A 75-micron rotary drum (RDF) screen pulls solids out before they break down; a timer runs the wash cycle — no sensors to fail.
Biological — bakki shower
3- or 4-layer bakki shower with high-surface-area ceramic media for powerful, oxygen-rich biological filtration.
Built-in UV
UV in a stainless chamber clears green water and keeps biofilm off the drum screen and media.
Efficient & easy
Runs under 5 amps and uses under ½ gal per 30-second clean cycle. One pipe from the pond, one waste line out.

What's included
The drum unit includes the drum with screen, rotary gear motor, spray water pump, two UV lights and the control box — paired with your chosen 3- or 4-layer bakki shower. Add a full media load and your delivery is free.
