Balance, isolate, and never lose prime

Use a 3-way on the suction side to balance bottom drain against skimmer, or on the pressure side to split flow between filter and UV. Two-way valves isolate a line for service. The unionized clear swing check keeps the pump from losing prime — a must for any pump above water level. The 2" sight glass with female slip ends makes backwashing a no-guess job.
